We are going for a pub lunch on Sunday with friends and I'd like to have pudding back at our house. However, I only have time to cook it tomorrow so I need a recipe for a dessert which is nicest (or at least nice) eaten the next day. Please please please can you send any suitable recipes my way! Thank you!

No we find it's fine, never had a soggy bottom yet and I often make it to take to a friend's house the next day.
