Scottish recipes for homesick friend

i have a Scotish friend coming for Christmas dinner, we are in spain. This is her first xmas away from home and i would love to surprise her by putting something Scottish on the menu. Any ideas? By the way I have access to Morisons in Gibraltar, so i might be able to get ingridients.

You may notice a trend for low fat healthy options (not!!!)

oatcakes nice with cheese or pate, you might get them readymade in Morrisons they will be near crackers etc

and all that whiskey, iron bru and Drambuie OMG!

Edinburgh was the last place she lived am not sure before that I will find out. I went to gibraltar today and got the stuff for tablet. I also got iron bru, short bread, oat cakes, whiskey, a haggis and lots of other bits. It seemed so strange bringing a haggis into Spain. Thank god I didnt get stopped by customs.
