Quick Q - who knows...

..if I make a fish pie (and cook the fish) then freeze the pie - when I then cook the pie (for my kids) and half of it is left...can I put it in the fridge and re-heat it again the next day ?

I would as long as it's heated really well but I'm not an expert.

Plus don't put it in fridge unless it is stone cold. Can't you split it into 2 and freeze them separately, might be better actually.

It would probably be safe, but not very nice the second time. Would be better, if you have any suitable containers, to make two smaller ones.
