how to get the skin off clementines segments?

decided to put clementine pieces on top of my offee pie but what's the best way to get the skin off?

It's a very fiddly job, I wouldn't reccommend it.

THanks. I've simply peeled all the pith off the clementines and they seem okay. WIllgo on top of my offee pie!
