Can you freeze fresh milk?

I think the answer is yes but just checking - will need a lot over next weekend and could do with buying in bulk and putting in the spare freezer if that's an option.

Can you freeze fresh cream too?

TIA!

Yes and yes (provided it doesn't say "don't")

Yes. I used to do this all the time when I didn't have a spare fridge. Just used to buy in bulk and freeze and then remove from freezer as and when required, meaning I only had to buy milk once a week.

I believe whole milk freezes better than skim.

Cream would be fine, it used to be possible to buy pre-frozen cream (it came in little cylinder shapes in a plastic bag!)
