I would like to use up the portabello mushrooms that we got in our veg box the other week and have looked at so many recipes for mushroom stroganoff but don't know whether to use creme fraiche or sour cream, white wine, red wine or sherry, paprika or not...they seem to vary quite widely.
If anyone has a nice one (not bland, watery or dry) then I would be most grateful. Thank you!
