Please post your favourite tray bake recipe...

I have just made a sausage tray bake for supper (cherry toms, red onion, butternut squash, halloumi & rosemary) and I'm wondering why I haven't cooked this way before. It was sooooo easy & sooooo delicious!

Please can you share your best tray bake recipes with me as I can see I'll be doing this a lot more as it starts getting colder.

The Apple, Shallot and Sage traybake is quite delicious - I use pork loin chops and onions - Yummy! - but couldn't get any today at my local M&S so hope they're still making it. On the other hand, the Lemon and Garlic one for chicken is awful - very bitter. I'll now try the sausage one you recommend.

Ohh dairymoo I think what you are saying is the same as my friend who 'bungs and bakes'.

Oven roasting makes things taste good, it is a great way of cooking as long as your cooker is efficient.

My mil does one that is salmon, cous cous, apricots and pine nuts. It is very good. She might use foil though.
