how do i measure 15g paprika

without owning digital scales? would 15ml, ie a tablespoon do? if not, what would?!?

also need 15g mixed spice, salt and coriander.

any thoughts/advice?

the last time i made apple chutney i 'weighed' everything and it ended up extremely gritty due to the inaccuracy of our scales...

If itself equal quatities of each, just use a spoon for them all. Should be fine
Buy digital scales, tho - I got a set 2 weeks ago, and use them all the time, eg weighing pasta etc before cooking it. Yes, I'm obsessed with my new scales...

or else you could weigh more and then split it by eye.
