How do you reheat chicken escalopes?

I made some last night and (with an uncharacteristic amount of foresight) put the leftovers in the fridge.

Will they be ok to have now?

How should I reheat them? Oven? Frying pan? Microwave?

I would put them in the oven in an oiled baking sheet.... leave them until they're piping hot. You can pan fry but I think baking is healthier. I'm assuming they're cooked already and just need reheating? Don't stick them in the microwave, they'll go rubbery as hell and soggy on the outside.

enjoy... I'm very Envy I love chicken escalopes. Do them all the time for the kids and usually "accidentally" make too much :o
