This is no help whatsoever but saw this when looking at the BBC food webpage. Drool...

motherinfurrierfestivehat · 15/12/2005 16:23

if you don't fancy spinach you don't fancy kheema and sag, then?

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 16:25

i did some little filo pastry things the other night with leftover lamb and spinach. they weren't bad, i had them with crushed pinto beans (mixed with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and fresh chilli)

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 15/12/2005 16:25

No reason you can't use beef with this I guess.

Enideepmidwinter · 15/12/2005 16:26

have you got canneloni tubes? you could stuff them and make canneloni. Or a differnt version of mousakka ie spinach instead of aubergine.or make soup with spinach which you can freeze and some sort of sheperds pie with the mince?

Enideepmidwinter · 15/12/2005 16:43

so i think I will do
lentil dahl with spinach

then I could do beef spiced patty things???

Sounds absolutely yummy. If I didn't have to go and get the Inferiorettes I would be round NOW.

SPARKLER1 · 15/12/2005 16:44

beef and spinach tortillas sound good to me. If you have any tortilla wraps. Add some melted cheese too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I fancy that now.
