The Nigella instant chocolate mousse with marshmellow instead of raw egg. Easy peasy.

1 egg per person
For each egg 60g plain chocolate

Separate eggs, whisk whites and melt chocolate. Add choc to egg yolks, fold in whipped whites. Can add a slug of brandy/cointreau/rum etc

Simple

not mousse but Pot au Chocolate : 200g bar of plain chocolate, similar sized tub of mascarpone cheese, or cream, melt the two together, eat warm from the saucepan with a spoon pour into pots, job done.
