Chorizo - "remove from sausage casing"

Do you? I never do but just glanced at the back of the ASDA packet as I opened it and it says "To prepare: remove from sausage casing".

I suppose it would be easier for kids to chew?!

Did it! Gosh, it's like paper or peeling your skin off when you get sunburnt ! Loooove chorizo - doing it with chicken in creme fraiche and sweet chilli sauce with tagliatelle. Yum but bet the kids will turn their noses up!

Oooh I love peeling it off! And otherwise you're effectively eating paper aren't you?!
