Quick! Another "how long will this keep" question

I'm making apple + celeriac mash. Will add milk + butter before making the mash.

Will this keep until Monday? It will be refrigerated quickly and kept in a good fridge. Then reheated before serving. (I keep vegan dishes this long all the time, but am not sure about things with milk in.)

Oooh, no doubt before Monday. Good point.

Maybe I'll mash it without milk and add milk on the day.

you could boil the milk first to make it keep a bit longer. or use yoghurt.

I find that celeriac doesn't keep well once it's cooked, it goes a very unappealing colour so although it might taste OK if you leave it for a couple of days it will look awful.

There is some lemon juice in the cooking water, to keep it from browning. Dunno if that will help.
