left over mash - fishcakes????

have a load of mash left over from dinner, can i turn it into fishcakes? & if so can they then be frozen? thanx

Yes and not sure, depending on the fish and its previous storage I guess. I'd just freeze it as it is in suitable portions. That way you can have a different meal if you think of one.

Yes to both. I use pilchards in tomato sauce for mine. Cheap and cheerful!

yes - just make them up with tinned salmon and flour, egg and breadcrumb them then freeze them up wrapped.
