Ok so we had roast duck and have only eaten the breast, what can we do with the rest of it. I don't want to waste it.

What's the best way to reheat it? Surely it'll dry out?

Tia

Why not have it cold with salad or in a wrap/sandwich etc?

Cut into bits in some leftover gravy and serve with rice or pasta (fusili preferably) and some green veg. Freezes brillliantly too.

Also works with leftover pork, lamb and beef Grin

Buy some hoy sin sauce in a jar from the supermarket, serve it in wraps with julienned cucumber and spring onion - heavenly!

Thanks for that.

Have decided to have duck and pancakes. Couldn't find any pancakes in the supermarket so am in the middle of making my own Grin I am quite excited.
