Spam?

Hi! I've never posted before so please be gentle with me! I've got several tins of chopped pork with ham in my cupboard (from my DH's short lived foray into fishing). Is this Spam? And more importantly does anyone have any nice recipes using it? I know of spam fritters from school but I'm not keen on frying stuff (and they were always awful).
I'd love to hear any suggestions

I know you said you don't like to fry stuff buy the frying is minimal. You could do some rice, add some soy, peas, egg, chicken and spam or whatever you have in your cupboards n make your own version of special fried rice

I don't mind a bit of frying, just not deep frying. So that sounds like a nice idea. Thank you!
