I have a recipe for choccy fudge to make for Christmas with the kids, but I need an alternative as not all my family like fudge. Something that can be cut into pieces and placed inside crackers, please?

Recipe for florentines also wanted, as a gift to my Mum who is cooking on Christmas Day.
