Am trying to make this: please help!!

Can anyone please help me with this recipe it states 1600ml of all purpose flour.

Silly question isn't ml used for fluids, how do I measure this??

It will be about 845g or 30oz

American recipes usually give measures by volume rather than weight. I would just use a measuring jug to get the correct measure. Bear in mind that you need to measure the flour before you sift it and not after.
