What do pine nuts taste like?

Everytime I see pesto I think it looks so tasty but I am, For some childish reason put off by the prospect of pine nuts!

They don't taste of car air fresheners as I have been imagining, Do they?

I LOVE pine nuts!

they taste quite mild, a bit sweet and a bit nutty. they do not taste like toilet cleaner.

Pine nuts are laaahvely but have for some reason become insanely expensive in tesco. about £7 a pack or summat.

Completely different from any other nuts you have tasted. Yes they have a rather clean antiseptic taste to them. Good for you as well.
