Can someone help me.... I have 18 over on boxing day. And have bought 3 cooked, sliced joints of meat from costco. One ham, one turkey and one beef.I have them ion the freezer, but when would i get them out to be tottally ready for 1pm on boxing day? My fear is them not being tottally defrosted on the day, but with christmas day also, i dont want to forget!!
