I just know you guys will be able to help. I need to make very large meringue base but don't want to make it at the last minute, will it freeze?

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that they do freeze but have never tried. Please advise...

Has anyone else tried making meringues in the microwave? Yes, it can be done and they are very quick and easy! Quantities of egg white to icing sugar are different though.
