Freezing mince pies

Hi. I want to get on a prepare some mince pies, and I beleive that I can freeze them. If I am right, do you freeze them cooked or uncooked?

you know the milk bit - is it best to use full fat milk? (as i use semi skimmed milk)

yes you can but dont taste the same, if yiu make them now they last a while anyway as long as they are kept in a air tight box

not sure the milk makes a big differens big lips.
Thanks littlechristmaself. Might just freeze some pastry and then make mince pies next week if they dont tast the same.
