Peppermint cream recipe

When I was younger, I remember making peppermint creams with a recipe that had something other than icing sugar, peppermint and water. Maybe butter?

Anyway, they tasted lovely and I was thinking that DS could make some for people for Christmas.

Any ideas?

Don't think so although it might ahave been .

Have been googling and it seems there are quite a few recipes with egg white in - mayeb I'll try one of those and see if that's it.

Make them into stars and dip half in melted dark chocolate YUM!

I will be getting a can (or two ) of condensed milk tomorrow .
