Inspire me - butternut & turkey

ok, I got as far as stuffing a butternut with turkey mince & feta but I can't for the life of me think how to make it uber tasty, i followed a good food recipe for stuffed marrows and the turkey was so bland and flavourless!!

Turkey is pretty tasteless so if you were hoping for some flavour from the meat I would use lamb instead next time. Try adding loads of herbs, garlic and minced onions to the stuffing mix, and make sure you've salted and peppered as well.

Feta tends to match well with oregano, thyme, flat-leaf parsley, paprika and cumin so any or all of those could be a tasty addition.
