Chocolate sponge and chocolate custard

This was always my favourite school dinner. Do they still do it at schools? Anyone know where I can an authentic school dinner version? Is a career change the only way?

mine also swim but sadly although i've just retired as a supply teacher apart from one independent school where DS1 went i haven't seen a real chocolate pudding and custard for MANY years!!

Maybe try making one yrself? i reckon Delia Smith has the best recipes i make my own version with a non wheat brownie and custard still good actually!
