Our village is holding a quiz night fundraiser, and my lovely hubby has agreed that i will make a cake as a raffle prize to raise a bit of extra funds.
Now on the whole I am an ok baker, and am quite confident with cakes, but seriously.....I cant bear the thought that my cake will be the last raffle prize standing!!
Please can I have some suggestions of easy ish, but amazing looking cakes.
I am open to all suggestions as long as it can stand up well next to the snobby neighbours and their pampered chef prize donation!!!
