I have bought one of those giant cupcake tins for dd1's birthday I thought I would make her one, am a bit of an amateur but was practicing with a madeira recipe in a normal tin until the giant cup cake tin arrived. They have come out well but am not sure if i need to adjust measurements for my new tin. I have been using 150g butter, 150g sugar, 225g s/r flour 3 eggs and lemon essance.
