Does anyone have/know an easy tiffin recipe that my 7 yr old would be able to make?? Was hoping for one that uses biscuits as i know he'll enjoy crushing them!!! Thanks in advance :)

I like the one from 'my daddy cooks' as it uses cocoa instead of chocolate for the base. You can google the site and they call it scrumptious no bake chocolate Tiffin.

I also add dried peel to give a citrus flavor. And sometimes top with white chocolate.

50g butter
1 tbs syrup
1 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs raisins
1 tbs desicated coconut
8 digestives
optional chocolate bar to melt over the top

Grease shallow dish.
Crush biscuits in bag.
Melt the butter syrup and cocoa together.
Add raisins coconut and bisuits. STIR.
Put in dish press down, leave to set.
Cover with melted chocolate.

You can mix this about a bit. It's nice with glace cherries. Can use any biscuits etc.
I usually at least double these quantities though.
