I have Philadelphia, I don't have Marscapone. Will that work?

Cream cheese mixed with icing sugar and huge squeeze of an orange. I would also put the zest in too.

I use philly light and icing sugar. You can make it philly and butter. And add whatever flavouring you like re lemon/orange juice, vanilla etc.
