Thanks!

There are, but personally I would just eat them. Stuff myself on them. Gorge myself on mango till I had finally reached Mango Nirvana.

Mango Chutney!

lassi!

Was about to post exactly what MI has said.
To the letter.

Pureed up, stirred into yoghurt, and frozen. Then take out of the freezer an hour before serving.

Or put it in a curry.

But it is nice just to eat.

I'm with mi on this one - why would anyone want to mess with a mango when it is perfect as it is!

Thanks all. Was wondering if they would be too strong for ds (only just starting to wean) so was thinking of freezing until a bit older, but not sure if that'd work.
There again, since kelly1978 reminded me of lassi, may just do that and ds can stick with babyrice

Mango chutney is nice, you can use that on butties, as a sidedish or with ice-cream as a dessert. Don't know how you make it though, you squish 'em up then you do summat with them.

Just discovered the joy of mango as I'm currently weaning ds - lovely stuff

For adults, not children: Mango Salsa. Chop Mango, red onion, red pepper, tomato, fresh coriander and a chilli mix together add lime juice. Serve with anything - yum! For kids, mix with yoghurt, chop into a chicken salad, mix with stewed apricot etc

pureed and poured over vanilla ice cream
