Pasta bake recipes please

I have only ever had creamy pasta bake from a jar and since having dd I no longer use the jars and would like to make my own pasta bake.

Has anyone got a nice recipe but not too fattening if possible?

I make a basic roux sauce (melt butter, whisk in flour, gently cook then add milk) and add favourings like herbs, mustartd, sweated onions/mushrooms/garlic, smoked salmon/haddock, cream, peppercorns,paprika,peeled tomatoes.

Pour over pasta/rice and meat/fish/veggies :)

Just put any sauce on penne, stir it through and put cheese on top.

I do bolognaise, tomato and chilli, tomato and mascarpone, mushroom and cream.

Most things work.

Normally I make loads of pasta sauc with veg in then freeze it, so do you think you could defrost the sauce then you just bung it in the oven dish with the pasta and cheese and thats it?
