Homemade Fudge Recipe Please

Hi I need a homemade fudge recipe as the children want to make some for christmas presents anyone?

havent tried this yet but its the recipe i will be using:

8oz plain choc
4 oz butter
8 tbsp evaporated milk
1 lb icing sugar
4oz choped nuts (think i will be leaving these out)

melt choc and butter in bowl over pan of hot, not boiling water. add evap milk and stir well. sift in icing sugar, add nuts and work it well til mixture is stiff. put in tins and cut when set.

Just tried this recipe, nice and rich!!! Going to try a couple of variations! YUM YUM!

Mmmmm. Homemade fudge is dangerously delicious. I keep testing it until about 50% of it is gone to make sure it's at the right consitency.
