Cheese and bacon toastie question

Hi

I want to make a cheese and bacon toastie in our toastie machine, my question is: Do i cook the bacon first then put it in the toastie machine or will the toastie machine cook it from raw?

Sorry it might be a stupid question but i have never done it before so i dont know what to do

I fry the bacon first and then put it wit the cheese and bread in the toastie machine

Definitly cook the bacon first, or it will not be cooked enough.

I will cook bacon as normal then cut up and put with cheese in machine.
