Rolled Shoulder of Lamb??

Hi
I got a reduced rolled shoulder of lamb today and have no idea how to cook it, I've only ever cooked shoulder with the bone in before. Anyone got any ideas? I can only find recipes for bone in shoulder online!

I'd probably make a paste of garlic, thyme and anchovies, smear it everywhere (including inside the roll), tie it up again, and marinade it for a while before roasting.

Ooh, thank you. Went for shoving garlic everywhere and roasting as suggested - delicious, will use leftovers for shepherds pie!
