how many people are you actually cooking for, OP?

I'm cooking for 4 but tend to always make far too much and freeze some. I found a recipe for Khow suey on foodfairy which is delicious but doesn't say how many it's for!

i think a recipe that uses 4-6lb of chicken breast would feed at least 15 people, that's all

Lots for the freezer then(!). Will give some to in laws to take home too....!
