I'm going to freeze it and make stock with it. Will tomorrow (Friday) evening be too late to freeze & make stock safely? I'd do it now except I need to tidy & clean before PIL get here tomorrow.
I'd not normally worry about it except that I have a toddler who'll be eating it.
