Freezing muffins

Am doing my son's 4th birthday party next month and to make it a bit more interesting for everyone it's kids and grownups. I'm going to make some mini muffins (savoury) and would like to make them before hand so there is less to do on the day. Can I freeze them and if so, can I then re-heat them in some way?

I don't see why not. You just need to make sure that they are wrapped well before you freexe them, and that you thoroughly de-frost and bring to room temperature before you re-heat.

Thanks. How do you think it would be best to re-heat them? Not sure if oven or microwave would be better? I don't want them to dry out or go hard.
