Does anyone have the recipe for this type of Magic Pudding? All the ingredients are mixed together, then while cooking they separate into a pastry base, a jam middle and a coconutty topping. I made this with my mum when a child and it was amazing to put a mix in the oven and see it come out as a proper pud - good to eat too. My mum lost the recipe decades ago and can't remember who gave it to her.
