Stock in the freezer since Christmas - yeah or nay?

Subject line says it all really. Have turkey stock in the freezer since Christmas Blush. Am wondering whether it's safe to use it?

Yes - food doesn't go off in the freezer so it will always be safe. (So long as the freezer hasn't been off, it wasn't already off when you put it in, and you defrost it sensibly, of course)

Some foods won't have as good a flavour or texture when they come out - but I don't think that would be a problem with something like stock.
