I am trying to get organised for Christmas and need to make stuff to put in the freezer as I will have a house full.
I am wanting to make dauphinoise potatoes. lasagne, cottage pies, bolognese saueces and pasta bake .... BUT the real problem I have had in the past is when I pull the stuff out and reheat it ... it's always very dry ... how can I avoid this ?
Thanks

with lasagne make sure you have LOADS of cheese sauce on the top!
Ive never had 'dry' mince after being frozen, but i make sure its got quiet a bit of wet sauce in it before i freeze it IUSWIM

With cottage pie i alwasy make the potatoe very milky and buttery as well, and it always comes out nice?

Also do you cook it too hot? GM4 / 180C should be fine

Cover it as you reheat and/or add some water-just pour a cup over the top.
