I have just got back form the co-op where I got a £4 iced champagne and strawberry cake for 29p. I picked it up quickly as there were a bunch of 12 y/o in trying to steal wine before they all got ina car to drive away, but that is a whole other thread. Basically, it is reduced as it goes off today. Will it freeze ok?

If it has real fresh strawberries in then, no. Strawbs will go all mushy. But if it is just strawberry flavour it should be fine.

Is it fondant icing (ie roll out) ? If it is don't bother freezing it, it was absorb loads of water and melt away when you defrost it.
