ENIDeepMidwinter · 04/12/2005 19:37

ok slice courgettes thin, put in dish with chicken breasts, then cover with a mix of the toms and the sacla (taste to check not too intense), add a bit of grated garlic, cover with breadcrubs and cheese and bake whole thing for 30 mins.

Heathcliffscathy · 04/12/2005 19:37

i still want to know about the bag

OP posts:
ENIDeepMidwinter · 04/12/2005 19:37

oh and chuck the green pepper away

MerryKidMas · 04/12/2005 19:38

If you mix some ingredients that you like together with some fromage frais or natural yogurt, you can stuff the chicked with it.

ENIDeepMidwinter · 04/12/2005 19:38

ok you get a long piece of baking parchment, fold in half, then fold other two sides over to make a bag, put chicken in with a bit of wine and butter and other stuff, fold over top of bag and bake in oven

Heathcliffscathy · 04/12/2005 19:39

right i'm going to slice the chicken breasts, stuff with the sacla and do thinly sliced courgettes with olive oil underneath and stick in oven 200 for 20 mins? will it be dry and horrible. would the bag have saved them if only someone had told me how to do it?

CelluliteQueen · 04/12/2005 19:39

If all else fails, ring for a kebab. Never fails in the CQ household .

ENIDeepMidwinter · 04/12/2005 19:39

oi

Milgestoe · 04/12/2005 19:40

Roast the courgette, aubergine and pepper, slice open chicken breasts, spread with the sacla sauce, and roast. Add olives to the roast veg when they are done. cook rice to go with it. Drink with the red wine,

Heathcliffscathy · 04/12/2005 19:41

hehe cq. chicken breasts expire today tho otherwise would be a curry trust me.

hmmm....doens't sound right with red wine in the bag tho does it..ooooo, have some white over from other night (yes we are drunks)....is greaseproof paper ok or will it set on fire?
