hi i am just starting to cook compulsively think i have a bit of ocd nesting going on before my baby arrives, but i am not very experienced and have a question about defrosting and then freezing again.
i wanted to make fish pies to freeze, but i realised i have bought all frozen fillets of fish (as they were cheaper). is it possible for me to defrost these, put them in the pie not cooked, then freeze again? or is this just not done? thanks!
