Am planning to make some Xmas treats and remember having a delicious cake once with preserved figs in it but no idea where to buy them. Any ideas? Have googled and come up with nothing....

thanks

Aren't dried ones good enough?

I bought a jar of organic ones in apple juice from a health food shop a couple of weeks ago.

Would be worth a look (in a larger store) if you havnt done so already
