We do sandwiches or scrambled egg types most days.
Dd2 loves soups, dd1 doesn't eat them.
They like dippy things and hummus types - ok i summer, but need some warming stuff for chilly days.

We eat our main meal in evening.

Any inspirations for a mum-in-a-rut?

(Would prefer stuff I can freeze small portions of, BTW)

Omelettes with chopped red pepper
baked potatoes
beans on toast
pasta with a tomato sauce and veg
fishfingers and peas
bits and pieces on a plate, so cut up little bits of fruit and add a small sandwich and yoghurts

Homemade baked beans - easy to make and freeze, and has no added salt or sugar.
Falafel and pittas.
Tortilla wraps with things like quorn chunks fried, avocado, grated cheese, hummus, salad.
Ds likes tofu on toast - fry an onion, mash tofu and fry with a little turmeric. Looks like scrambled egg.
Mini salad with chickpeas, cold new potatoes with a dressing, tomatoes, grated carrot etc.
