hummus recipe without tahini?

I use chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, a drop of sunflower oil, water and a dollop of cream cheese in mine - stick it all in the blender and whizz.

You could try a bit of sesame oil but would go easy and taste before adding a lot as it's potent.

Chickpeas/garlic/lemon juice/cumin/salt & pepper then add a little water to thin to right texture.

1 can chick peas
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp preserved lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
