Quiche help needed - a milk/cream query

Advice needed please - I want to make a quiche this afternoon for tea tonight but have just realised that all the recipes I can see online call for the use of cream in the quiche mixture; I have no cream in other than a bit of creme fraiche.

Can I make a quiche just using milk? (And eggs etc, obviously) Or use some of the creme fraiche with some milk - am wondering if the creme fraiche might give it an unpleasant sharp taste though.

If using just milk is ok, what amount of milk to how many eggs/much cheese etc?

Thanks in advance

yes, just use all milk. whatever amount of cream it says just use that amount of milk extra

If you have creme fraiche, I would use that rather than milk, and an extra egg yolk to help with thickening.

You can use all milk, its just a bit less rich. I usually use one egg per 125 ml of milk.
