ignore the murdoch thing. Its australian so a teensy bit of translation is occasionally needed but I have cooked from it every night this week with excellent results.

Ok this week made:

thai basil rice (veggie, yum)
beef and bean soup (hearty scrummy)
chicken casserole with olives

easy to follow, the recipes work, the seasoning is well thought out and they are all very quick.
