Can i slow cook in my oven?

i usually borrow my friends but shes away and i need to sleep tomorrow afternoon before night shift.
Soooo how long can i cook a pork and cider stew in the oven for and what temp would you leave it on. I want it on for about 5 hours

I did a lamb curry slow cooked in the oven last week. I think I put it on at about 140 and just checked it every so often. Was absolutely delicious and very very tender. It was in there about 4 or 5 hrs. stock was boiling when I put it in the oven, not sure if putting it in cold would work as well.

Have done loads of casseroles in the oven before now too. Just don't overload the stock otherwise it'll need thickening, bit likewise you need to not let it go dry.
