Curry recipe suitable for children

Hi,

Has anyone got a fairly basic curry recipe for either chicken or veggies that is suitable for children (ages 2 & 4) but also ok for adults. (I'll get the Tabasco out!)

There is a chicken curry in the Dinner Lady cookbook which is aimed at family meals. It's more fruity than spicy.
